Owner of Locust Corner Wellness & Massage Therapist
Medical massage therapist specializing in manual therapy, with a lifelong passion for caring for people and helping them feel better in their bodies. She earned her BA in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Hope College in 1996 and has spent nearly 30 years working in the corporate wellness world.
Over the years, Erin has worn many hats, performing fitness testing, teaching nutrition and exercise classes, managing aquatic programs, and coordinating prenatal education programs. No matter the role, her focus has always been the same: nurturing people, truly listening to their goals, and personalizing care to help them succeed.
Erin is a natural people person who cares deeply and intuitively understands her clients’ needs. Her work is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported on their health journey.
Outside of her professional life, Erin has been married to her husband for 30 years and is the proud mother of three children, who are truly the loves of her life. Her kindness, love, and commitment to caring for others shine through not only in her work, but also in her family.

Yoga Instructor
A teacher since 2014, Stacey Harbour is a trauma-aware guide and lifelong student of embodied healing whose perspective is informed by training in Reiki and Pranic Energy Healing. Her path to yoga was forged through lived experience—navigating decades of high-pressure corporate work and the chronic stress of a body that felt persistently overwhelmed. Through steady practice, yoga became her way to reclaim agency, restore balance, and cultivate a more trusting relationship with her inner experience. Stacey’s teaching now blends Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin into a somatic approach that prioritizes choice and nervous-system-friendly movement. Her classes focus on relieving tension and building quiet strength, supporting students in moving with both awareness and autonomy. Set to thoughtfully crafted playlists, her offerings are calming and grounding spaces where students can soften resistance and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Certified Personal Trainer
My MISSION is to guide others in living a balanced lifestyle, to bring awareness to the connections of mind, body, and spirit.
I find INSPIRATION from people who choose to give of
themselves, to invest their time and energy in helping others.
I INTEND for you to leave sessions feeling refreshed with a
calm strength and positive energy.
My EXPERIENCE as a health professional began in 2007 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I started teaching classes in 2008 that ultimately served as the inspiration to pursue certification as a personal trainer (2021) and led to establishing my business, Balance: MindBody LLC. I continue
to explore fitness in the spirit of seeking joy, health, and fulfilment.
I am LOVING LIFE, recently married to my best friend, Brian. We live in Allegan with two beautiful, kind hearts, my daughters, Madelyn (14 yrs) and Abigail (11
yrs). We enjoy spending time together exploring Michigan, being outdoors, learning about life, and learning from each other.
I am presently finishing a degree in Elementary Education. I am grateful for the opportunity to join the community that is making roots at Locust Corner.

Yoga Instructor & Menopause Wellness Coach
Victoria Roush is a yoga instructor and menopause wellness coach who helps women feel more at home in their bodies through gentle movement, breath, rest, and mindful self-connection. Her classes are warm, grounding, and supportive, offering students a space to release stress, reconnect with inner strength, and build confidence in how they care for themselves.
Victoria’s teaching is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that yoga is not about performing perfectly, but about remembering that your body can be a place of safety, wisdom, and belonging.
Yoga Instructor
Adele Garcia is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with more than five years of teaching experience. An Army combat veteran and retired runner, Adele first came to yoga for its physical benefits—but over time, she discovered its power to support healing in the mind and spirit as well as the body. After more than a decade of personal practice, she became a teacher and has since shared yoga through private sessions and workshops.
You may see Adele in the studio subbing for other teachers as needed. Her military background has shaped her ability to adapt quickly, read the room, and support a wide
range of class styles and student needs. She especially enjoys teaching high-intensity power yoga and vinyasa flow classes, where students are invited to honor their bodies while building strength, energy, and cardiovascular endurance.
When she isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, Adele loves spending time in nature—hiking, tending to her gardens, and finding restoration outdoors. She is also a proud advocate for mental health awareness and is passionate about sharing how yoga and time in nature can create a meaningful, lasting impact on overall well-being.

Reflexologist
Andrea Thannhauser is Nationally Certified in Western Reflexology since 2004. “Some of my most challenging clients experience the greatest benefits from a session, and witnessing such an almost unbelievable event leaves me in awe of the healing power of the human body once placed in a nurturing environment. I enjoy reflexology over other forms of complementary medicine because it not only fosters a sense of well-being & deep relaxation, it aims to improve the function of the human organs as well, giving me the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s life through a simple, non-invasive practice that is also incredibly rewarding and motivating for myself, as the practitioner.”
