Yoga Instructor
Yoga teacher, positive psychology practitioner, and trauma-informed wellness professional with more than a decade of experience empowering women through movement, embodiment, and personal agency. Trained in Ashtanga and Kundalini lineages (Seva Yoga, Yoga Farm Ithaca) with advanced Ayurvedic (Ayurvedic Wellness Center) and resilience training (The Flourishing Center). I specialize in creating accessible, nurturing spaces where women reconnect with their strength, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate joyful self-compassion. My work blends yoga, somatic practices, positive psychology, and nature-based mindfulness to help women feel grounded, seen, and powerful.

Yoga Instructor & Women’s Wellness Academy Manager
A teacher since 2014, Stacey Harbour is a trauma-aware guide and lifelong student of embodied healing whose perspective is informed by training in Reiki and Pranic Energy Healing. Her path to yoga was forged through lived experience—navigating decades of high-pressure corporate work and the chronic stress of a body that felt persistently overwhelmed. Through steady practice, yoga became her way to reclaim agency, restore balance, and cultivate a more trusting relationship with her inner experience. Stacey’s teaching now blends Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin into a somatic approach that prioritizes choice and nervous-system-friendly movement. Her classes focus on relieving tension and building quiet strength, supporting students in moving with both awareness and autonomy. Set to thoughtfully crafted playlists, her offerings are calming and grounding spaces where students can soften resistance and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Certified Personal Trainer
My MISSION is to guide others in living a balanced lifestyle, to bring awareness to the connections of mind, body, and spirit.
I find INSPIRATION from people who choose to give of
themselves, to invest their time and energy in helping others.
I INTEND for you to leave sessions feeling refreshed with a
calm strength and positive energy.
My EXPERIENCE as a health professional began in 2007 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I started teaching classes in 2008 that ultimately served as the inspiration to pursue certification as a personal trainer (2021) and led to establishing my business, Balance: MindBody LLC. I continue
to explore fitness in the spirit of seeking joy, health, and fulfilment.
I am LOVING LIFE, recently married to my best friend, Brian. We live in Allegan with two beautiful, kind hearts, my daughters, Madelyn (14 yrs) and Abigail (11
yrs). We enjoy spending time together exploring Michigan, being outdoors, learning about life, and learning from each other.
I am presently finishing a degree in Elementary Education. I am grateful for the opportunity to join the community that is making roots at Locust Corner.
